Psychic Abilities ~ Remote Viewing Techniques

Posted by admin On September - 29 - 201019 COMMENTS

I am glad that you are here, reading this, rather than watching the news about terrorism. Your internal compass is true, seeking peace or inspiration rather than distress. This does more for the world’s peace and well being than watching the news does.

What is Remote Viewing?

This is a sort of mind traveling. It would more correctly have been called, Remote Sensing. The experience is much like dreaming.

At the time, it seems real and includes more than just the visual sense. As an explanation, one might say that it includes the universal ability to imagine.

It is a process of thought, and has nothing to do with eyesight. Some people think that they are not good at visualizing.

But, if you ever day dream, or if you can picture what you had for breakfast, then you can do it. There is no special training necessary for this.

You learn to unlearn what your early teachers worked so hard to teach you. You knew how to day dream in class, and your teachers would tap your desk or the chalk board to bring your attention back to what they were talking about. Remote viewing takes you in the opposite direction.

Remote Viewing is a perceptual shift from your external reality to an internal stimuli that you didn’t previously pay attention to.

You will simply shift concentration from your external world to your internal world. In this, it is far easier than meditating where you attempt to clear your mind.

Boring tasks were sometimes used for the training of Remote Viewing specialists. This would tire out the conscious mind and make the thinking of the unconscious more easily available.

This distraction of the conscious mind is also sometimes used by the Silva Method and hypnosis. It is not an induced stage of altered consciousness.

This part of the mind can also be sought directly using hypnosis or meditation which allows the viewer to access it without the dual thinking. It does allow the viewer to pay attention to the subconscious mind which operates outside the bounds of time and space.

How do we Know that this is not Just Imagination, but Viewing?

The subconscious is easily available when an individual is operating in the Theta brainwave pattern.

The subconscious is always connected to the Universal Mind or Source/Divinity/One through the higher mind, just as the subconscious is always connected to your egoic conscious mind.

The knowledge is always there. One hour before the first plane struck the World Trade Center on September 11th, 2001, there was a great blip that showed on monitoring devices of the earth’s magnetism. It showed all around the earth because humans were picking up the stress or intention of the perpetrators.

We are all connected to each other, especially to those we know, but to all beings on this planet. When in Theta, a simple concentration on one’s thoughts after asking a question, will trigger a search of the Universal Mind, and an answer because all knowledge is there. This is the state one is in when dreaming.

This is the primary state of young children.

Trusting in the realities exposed when in Theta allows conscious remote viewing. All that is necessary is the removal of excessive rationalization by the egoic brain.

Remote Viewing has been used by many governments. It was used in the first Iraq war to find the locations of the Scud missiles.

More recently, one American SEAL, a special ops soldier in Iraq was using it to find danger on the road ahead. You can imagine how useful this would be.

He was able to choose safe routes for their missions and other groups would go out and find the IUD’s or snipers that they avoided.

He became so good at it that he learned to view the enemy and their intentions even before they placed the roadside bombs, or IUD’s. He is developing a training to teach soldiers how to do this during their basic training.

When will power and imagination are in conflict, imagination always wins. Take your mind to Theta; imagine yourself being successful in remote viewing, and it will become part of your reality.

The Four Cardinal Points

Posted by admin On September - 28 - 201019 COMMENTS

There are four cardinal points and each is not only associated with a specific Angel, Demon, but also with an element, color, ritual tool and quality.

NORTH *Element Earth*

The north direction has always been known as a source of power and the *heavens* revolve around the North Star.

Ancient people used to align their temples with this star and the Sun never touched the cardinal point north.

It was associated with darkness, mystery and never ending dimensions of unfamiliarity. Because of the reverence of the Pagans for north, the church associated it with the Devil.

You seldom see Graveyards, and if ever there is, it would definitely be placed on the north side of the church.

The north side was used for the criminals, reprobates and children that were not baptized and suicide cases as well.

There was “the Devil’s Door” which was traditionally opened after baptisms to let the exorcised Demon escape. These are north doors that were seen in most of the European churches.

The north is associated with the earth element, new pentagram, secrecy, new phase of the moon, darkness and black or brown colors.

“Some people used to align their altars to the North”

SOUTH *Element Fire*

This is said to be the quarter of the will, directing and channeling the psychic energy and forces of nature.

Solar energy, the Sun, the color red, the magic wand and the fire element are associated with the south.

The water that is running south has been believed to have magical properties and was a popular ingredient that witches of the ancient times said to use in their spells.

The south direction represents intellect, knowledge and accomplishment as the sun reaches its peak in the southern sky.

EAST *Element Air*

The East direction is the quarter of enlightenment, the mystical and the eternal.

It is the element of air, the athame, the color silver and the morning star.

In most traditions, the altar is aligned to the east direction.

When a circle is cast for a coven, the High Priest/ess usually positions the passageway in the northeast, to let everyone to enter in.

WEST *Element Water*

The water element represents the subconscious, chalice, emotions, blue color and the psyche.

“It rules over spirit contact, mediumship and communication through mental telepathic”

How You Can Make Your Own Scrying Mirror…

Posted by admin On September - 28 - 201017 COMMENTS

Why spend money on a production line built scrying mirror, when you can make your own. You can make it to your own design – really make it your own. You could also give them away as gifts.

Here is how to do it:

Picture Frame – First you need to visit some second hand stores or garage sales to find yourself an old picture frame. It is best if it is dark in color as shiny frames have a tendency to reflect.. Whilst the condition of the frame is not so important you should ensure that the glass is in a very good condition. Check that it is clear and unscratched.

You do not want one too small or to large as you may want to carry it around with you at some point. It should be of a comfortable size to hold and carry. A frame of approximately 12″ diameter is a good size.

Paint – You need to buy a spray can of high gloss black paint. Check that it is suitable for use with glass as some of them are not. Remove the glass gently and give it a good clean with glass cleaner. Allow it to dry for a few hours and make sure that you handle the glass by the edges.

Creating your mirror – Lay out some old newspaper and gently place your clean glass on top. Again making sure not to touch the glass itself – only handling it by the edge. Spray the glass using a light gentle backward and forward motion until the glass is completely covered.

Make sure you do not let the paint run and if you are painting it outside (you should only use spray paints in a well ventilated area) then choose a day that is dry and not windy. You do not want any debris landing on your mirror! If possible try to completely cover the glass in the first coat – if you use more coats it can make flaws in the mirror itself. Leave it to dry for a good few hours until it is completely dry.

The frame – Whilst the glass is drying you can utilize your time by repairing, painting or decorating the original frame to your own design. When your glass is totally dry then reposition it in the frame. You now have a perfect scrying mirror – which is every bit as good as a purchased one and costs just a fraction of the price.

Next I shall write on, Scrying Techniques For Beginners…

Scrying Techniques For Beginners…

Posted by admin On September - 26 - 201014 COMMENTS

The art and practice of Scrying is unique in form but very concrete concerning the desired result. What is meant by that is there are many methods that are all aiming at achieving the same thing. It is often referred to as “seeing with the mind.”

While scrying is often clumped together in terms of being categorized alongside Divination, Tarot Cards, Witchcraft, Magic, and things like that. It is different that its not an attempt to see the future, but interpret the now.

Scrying is adjusting consciousness to amplify your perception to see more of reality. The here and now. It is concerned with seeing beyond ordinary senses, and to see what ordinary physical senses cannot detect. There are a variety of techniques, actually too many to name here. This will cover the more common methods and those that are well known by most people.

It is important to mention that the art and practice of scrying can and should be a creative process. So take these suggestions and incorporate what feels right for you regarding how you achieve results. It should be tailored to you specifically, with the only requirement being results. What works for you works for you.

Scrying too is an old word for the practice of crystal-gazing or using some similar means to obtain clairvoyance used in Witchcraft. It is akin to the word “descry” which originally meant to reveal, as well as to discover by seeing.

Scrying is a more general term than crystal-gazing, because it embraces all forms of developing clairvoyance by gazing at or into some object. Witches use this in conjunction with their spells and rituals.

The object used in scrying is called a “speculum.” Throughout the ages, a great many different objects have been used for this purpose. The transparent crystal globe, with the use of which most people are familiar, is only one of a great variety of such specula.

The practice of scrying is common to witches of all ages and countries. Like magick in general, it is as old as man himself; and it is still as popular with contemporary witches as it was long ago.

There are many different modes and methods of scrying for beginners to choose from.

The focal point or scrying tool is usually an object with a shiny reflective surface such as a mirror, crystal, crystal ball, or a bowl of liquid. There are many different scrying techniques. It is even possible to use the sky for scrying.

The traditional and most popular method, and the best for method of scrying for beginners, involves using a reflective surface, usually a scrying mirror, in a dimly lit room. A scrying mirror is a special mirror that is made by painting one side of a glass pane black.

Usually, scrying mirrors are consecrated or imbued with psychic energy so as to help facilitate the proper energies for visions. Scrying mirrors are also usually surrounded by a decorative frame that is inscribed with relevant mystical symbols or images.

An important thing to keep in mind is that, just like any other divining instrument, the scrying mirror is merely a tool or rather a focal point for your own energy and ability. Using a scrying tool such as a mirror is a good way to develop and strengthen your psychic abilities.

The scrying mirror itself is of far less significance than the state of mind of the person scrying. If you have any negative emotions such as fear that have been left unchecked, then the visions that you have will readily reflect these.

One of the most important things about scrying for beginners to realize is that they are actually looking at their own energy that is being reflected back to them. This is true regardless of which scrying techniques that you are using.

It doesn’t even matter if you are using a reflective surface or not. When you are scrying properly, you are looking into a deeper part of yourself. You are viewing your own energy. Indeed, this is actually true of any psychic ability.

Because you receive psychic information through your own energy, it is immensely important that you make sure that energy is calm, positive, still, and pure. At the very core of psychic development, the most crucial and vital step is acknowledging and releasing all of the wasted energy that is perpetuated by the ego and the left brain.

By practicing and achieving meditative states on a daily basis you can find your own still point and awaken to the inner source that exists within you. Once you achieve this you can then apply any scrying techniques you choose with complete confidence.

Meditation and finding your inner calm along with releasing negative emotions not only helps with the information received through different scrying techniques. It also helps you to more accurately interpret the images or information that you receive while scrying.

This is vitally important because how you react emotionally to what you receive while scrying, dramatically affects the scrying session.

Negative emotions and reactions can impact the formation and stream of information that you are getting while practicing your various scrying techniques.

The act of scrying as well as any other form of psychic ability involves an interaction of energy on multiples levels including the emotional one. How you initially react to what you perceive greatly impacts the process and determines the outcome of the experience.

Scrying for beginners, as well as advanced psychics, can be a powerful and transforming experience. Regardless of which scrying techniques that you may choose, scrying is an excellent way to awaken yourself to other types of psychic ability.

Practicing scrying and daily meditation can help you to realize your psychic potential to a much greater degree.

If you apply these scrying techniques and suggestions properly you will certainly be well on your way to divining the future. And who knows? You might even become then next Nostradamus.

Defination of Evil Eye?

Posted by admin On September - 20 - 201030 COMMENTS

The Evil Eye has been around since the beginning of time. It simply means sending someone a thought that seems intrusive or invasive or has the power to hurt him or her.

The bad fortune that results is considered to have been caused by envy. The evil eye is not necessarily considered to be intentional or associated with witchcraft or sorcery.

Oddly enough, this thought form could actually be complimentary in nature. The origins of the Evil Eye are Middle-Eastern and Mediterranean. The concept was introduced into the Americas, South Pacific Islands, Asia, Africa and Australia by European explorers.

Sending someone the evil eye comes from the concept that we all have a Third Eye, located in the center of our forehead. Blinding, fogging or obscuring the third eye is often the intent of the energy’s sender.

Most of us have experienced the weird power of the phenomenon. All it takes is a gaze that seems to be unfriendly, indifferent or blank and seems to a couple of seconds too long.

We think about it for a few minutes afterward or perhaps an image of the person staring at us preoccupies our thoughts occasionally for the rest of the day. Perhaps that is why the British and Scottish term for the “evil eye” is “overlooking.”

It implies that a gaze has remained too long upon the coveted object, person or animal.

The evil eye is also known as the envious or invidious eye. In Italian it is called the malocchio and in Spanish the malojo (loosely translated as the bad eye)

The evil eye is known as ayin horeh in Hebrew; ayin harsha in Arabic, droch shuil in Scotland, mauvais oeil in France, bösen Blick in Germany, and was known as oculus malus among the classical Romans.

The original belief is that any person can harm your children, livestock, fruit trees or any other evidence of prosperity just by looking at the spoils of all your good will and hard work with envy. Ironically, the curse of the evil eye is thought to be provoked by inappropriate displays of spiritual pride or excessive beauty.

There is a theory that very famous people and celebrities suffer more personal misfortune than others simply because they are subjected to more “overlooking” and envy than others.

This superstition might have some grounding in evolutionary psychology as usually one animal is thought to dominate or be aggressive to another simply by staring at it for too long. Psychologically speaking, staring or glaring at someone is officially considered an intrusion into your affairs.

Apparently, there is a fine line between casting a glance to casting a spell. In these post Celestine Prophecy times, this kind of stare could be compared to a kind of etheric laser beam or amoebic arm that rips open your aura.

Others would describe the infliction of the evil eye as the projection of an image (such as the image of the person you have offended or hurt) so that you see only that to the exclusion of all other sight.

In other words, you see that person wherever you go or feel that your life’s events are always colored by your dealing with that person.

Another symptom is the inability to proceed with ordinary, daily events without feeling somehow compelled to make things right with the person you have often unknowingly offended with your grandiosity.

It is common folklore that the evil eye has a dehydrating effect on its victim. It is thought to cause vomiting, diarrhea, the drying up of the milk of nursing mothers and livestock, problems with the blood, eyesight lack of rain, the drying up of wells, the withering of fruit and impotence in men.

Clumsiness, stomachaches, dry coughs, diarrhea, itching, hair loss, dry skin are all thought to be physical symptoms of an evil eye attack.

On the astral level it is thought to cause the drying up of prana, chi, life force and the easy flow of prosperity in life. Part of this image might derive from the idea also, of muddy, murky or poisoned vision that is somehow attached to the victim’s third eye.

Almost everywhere that the evil eye belief exists, it is said to be caused accidentally by envy or praise.

Thus the phrase “Pride Goeth Before a Fall” In certain Mediterranean and eastern cultures, one is careful not to praise a child too much, lest it invite the subconscious balancing effect of the evil eye.

A classic situation would be the barren woman who praises the newborn baby of a new child. Such praise would be considered inappropriate and thought to bring the evil child. One of the remedies for this would be for the mother to spit, to symbolically “rehydrate” the situation.

Also, she may speak ill of the child OT counteract the effects of the praise, which might have malefic effects on the child later.

The belief that individuals have the power to cast the evil eye on purpose is more idiosyncratic to Sicily and Southern Italy, although the belief has certainly spread elsewhere – to the Southern United States and the Latin Americas. Such people are known as jettatore (projectors).

They are not necessarily considered evil or envious, just born with an unfortunate embarrassing talent that causes others to avoid them.

In ancient cultures, if you were thought to be the possessor of an evil eye, you were often negated by the rest of society and went unrecognized on the street without meeting anyone’s eyes.

Perhaps one of the most familiar preventative measures against the evil eye is the hand gesture. The Mano Cornufo or “Horned Hand” involves extending the first and index fingers from a fist. The Mano Fico or “Fig hand” involves placing the thumb in between first and second fingers.

Historically there have been many cures for the evil eye:

In Italy, the evil eye is diagnosed by dripping olive oil into a vessel filled with water. If the oil conglomerates into the shape of an eye than the victim is considered officially cursed. Prayers are recited until the droplets of oil no longer create an eye shape.

In Eastern Europe charcoal, coal or burnt match heads are dropped into a pan of water/. If the items float then the person is considered to be the victim of a curse.

In the Ukraine, a form of ceromancy or candle reading is used to diagnose the curse. Melted wax is dripped from a candle into a pan of water.

If the wax spits, splatters, or sticks to the side of the bowl then the “patient” is considered to be under the influence of the malefic eye. Usually the patient is cleansed with Holy Water. He or she is pronounced cured when the dripped wax sinks the bottom of the bowl in a round ball.

In Greece Mexico and other places, the official cure is to invite the culprit responsible for the evil eye to spit in a vessel of the holy water that is consumed by the victim.

In Mexico, rolling a raw egg over the body of the victim is the antidote. Afterward, it is cracked open and if the metaphysician or healer divines the shape of an eye in the yolks then the person is considered to be cursed.

Several eggs may be repeatedly rolled over the person’s body until an egg without an eye if found. Sometimes the egg is placed underneath the person’s bed overnight and cracked open in the morning.

In China the remedy for the evil eye is the Pa Kua mirror, a six-sided mirror that is hung on the front door or placed in the front window to reverse bad energy back to the sender.

Some of these mirrors are convex to reflect back the bad “poison darts” or “arrows” of multiple ill wishers and some are concave to reflect energy in a definite direction back at, for instance, a nosy neighbor, whose gaze may have lingered on your garden of tulips for too long.

In Feng Shui, mirrors are often used as a cure all to reflect negative energy back at all kinds of things – people, bad architecture, traffic, neighbors, physical obstructions such as trees or rocks or anything else that might considered to be a conductor of Har Shui (negative vibrations).

In India the mirroring back of the evil eye takes the form of small mirrors that are sewn, braided or crocheted into clothing.

This mirroring back of bad energy is also familiar to practitioners of Wicca and Lukumi or Santeria. In India, the human eye is also considered to be a mirror of the soul.

Indian women wear kohl or heavy black makeup to emphasize their eyes not only to shield themselves from evil eye but also to prevent themselves from accidentally inflicting it on others.

In India cords strung with blue beads are placed on newborn babies. When the cord breaks and the beads are lost the child is considered to have a strong enough aura to protect him or herself from the evil eye.

Red cords worn upon the wrist or neck are thought to have a powerful effect against ocular malevolence.

A silver charm called Eye of Buddha which references the Gautama Buddha is also worn against astral attack.

In Italy, gold, silver or gems carved or cast into the shape of the Mano Fica or Mano Cornufa are used to repel the evil. The most coveted ones are made of red coral, but many versions exist today made of gemstones and plastic.

They are worn by men to protect against the withering of the genitals thought to be caused by the bad eye. Also Italian in origin is the Corno or horn or devil’s horn amulet that is thought to protect against the same dysfunction. The women’s version is made from a twig of red coral.

In Arab cultures, superstitious types wear an eye in the form of a stone cast in the center of a hand shaped bone or metal charm A common Egyptian charm is the Buckle of Isis which represents the menstrual pad of the Goddess Isis who was the Mother of all living things.

Stuffing a little prayer or spell inside a locket that is hung around the neck is the common European custom for protecting oneself against deadly gazes.

A light worker such as myself might advise you to protect yourself in the following contemporary ways:

Always maintain the belief that nobody has the power to hurt you with a look. This in itself is a very powerful thought form.

Before you go out, imagine that your third eye is actually covered by something that looks like a small pocket mirror. If you are a psychic or a healer then simply close your third eye and don’t open it unless you want to look.

If you are feeling haunted or upset as the result of a “look”, press your thumb hard into the center of your forehead and imagine your third eye quickly flipping. Flick the energy away with your thumb and snap your fingers.

Always remember that what you resist often persists. The phrase “Oh, so what!” is one of the most powerful chemicals in the universe that you can use to dissolve negative energy.

About using black mirror…

A black mirror is used in the same way that a crystal ball is used.

It’s purpose it to enable you to use your astral eyes to see images on it’s surface without the distraction of light refraction (in the case of a crystal) or reflections (in the case of a regular mirror).

It is also a very good way to see sprites if you are open enough.

Questions And Comments Concerning The Mental Plane…

Posted by admin On September - 19 - 201090 COMMENTS

1. What Is The Will?

The will is a fundamental attribute of the spirit; it is an aspect of the universal Fire element. As a quality, the will expresses itself only in the content or goal of the wish.

Most of us simply make an effort and wish to attain something, but we do not possess the right power to make that wish manifest. That is why we continue to wish. The power of the will is the quantity through which we achieve, produce, carry out and maintain what we aim for and what we wish for.

2. What Is Belief?

Belief is a quality. In general, its foundation is a particular belief, whether in the existence of God or of something else. The quantity of a manifested belief is a power that expresses itself in an absolute and unshakable conviction that what we believe in will positively become a reality.

Belief as a power is a complement; it is the organ that bears the impulsive part of the will. The manifested belief is the highest aspect of the Akasha principle.

2. Aspects Of The Intellect And Intelligence, Memory And Discernment.

The Ability To Recognize And Differentiate.

Intellect or intelligence is a fundamental attribute of the eternal spirit. It is an aspect of the universal Air element on the mental plane. Intelligence or intellect can be measured and is therefore quantitative. Through it we understand, recognize, differentiate, judge and remember everything. The quality of the intellect, intelligence, is the substance (content) which the intellect works on.

Generally, it has its physical seat in the chest, where the Air element is located and where it is at work. In accordance with Indian philosophy, the seat of the intellect, together with the will, is in the head, between the eyebrows, in the astral body.

Memory is an aspect of the intellect. Its quality is the substance (thoughts, events, pictures, impressions, perceptions etc.) which it draws from its reserves.

4. What Are Feelings, Life And Love?

Feelings, life and love are all aspects of the universal Water element as a fundamental attribute of the eternal spirit on the mental plane. Feeling is a quality that expresses itself in pleasant, unpleasant, ugly, pure and many other feelings. Its quantity, for example, is the aggregate of normal feelings which are controlled by the will, or passionate, uncontrolled, quick or very weak, hardly perceptible feelings.

It expresses itself on all planes depending on the content and the power of the effect. Life is the result of the work of the elements in the tetrapolar magnet on all planes.

The qualitative life reflects in a human being through polarized radiation of the elementary attributes. For the astral plane, Qualitative life expresses itself in the temporary (i.e. in a particular length of time)

a. in time and space on the material plane,
b. in space on the astral plane, and
c. in eternity, without time and space, on the mental plane.

Life expresses itself in any type of activity or movement that can be measured. Love is a universal law. In order to be recognized by His created beings, God divided Himself on His highest level of love into a plus and a minus.

This means that He divided everything created into something active and passive, positive and negative, through which an absolute, unalterable lawfulness came into existence. Love is quantity, because it can be measured. Through love we express our positive relationship for everything we like and love.

True love must be controlled by the will. Passions can originate from an uncontrolled love, which means passionate love, for example sexual love, which originates from a fiery sensual love, or an abnormal love of wealth, of animals, parents, children, husband or wife.

But it can also be the uncontrolled love for God Himself, as for instance among the mystics. Love controlled by the will protects us from any overwrought state, and we express our love, of whatever kind it might be, in a form that corresponds to our power and perception of what the object of our love deserves.

It is of course a foregone conclusion that we love our Creator above all. That is the highest, purest and mightiest love. The quality of love as an attribute expresses itself in its rays, in its polarity and in its various kinds.

5. What Is The Instinct Of Self-Preservation?

The instinct of self-preservation is the lowest aspect of the Akasha principle. It exists on every plane in accordance with circumstances and causes. Its power or quantity is that much greater the more the life of a human being is threatened, as for example in the case of fatal diseases, serious accidents, war and so on.

The value of the quality of the instinct of self-preservation lies in the wish to live as long as possible on the material plane. We may assign this instinct for self-preservation to the active attributes and powers whenever the person concerned applies it for noble purposes and to the negative attributes and powers whenever a person wants to prolong his life simply for egotistical reasons.

6. What Are Self-Consciousness And The “I” Consciousness?

Self-consciousness is a state in which we become conscious of who we are. This consciousness signifies that we identify ourselves in the mental sphere with the highest divine idea, with the eternal spirit that exists within us.

The “I” consciousness is a fundamental attribute of the spirit on the mental plane as an aspect of the universal Earth element. It is also a mirror of our active attributes. In the thought, its qualitative part appears to us as active.

The “I” consciousness contains all the fundamental attributes of the spirit, the Fire, Air and Water elements which are the will, intellect and feelings, love and life. It is effective in the entire body and as an energy; it is the quantitative part of the consciousness and is also contained in the blood. The consciousness of the cerebrum is located on the mental plane, in the mental body.

Elemental magick invoking “Fire”

Before you begin with this training, the astral equipoise of the elements in the soul has to be established by introspection and self- control. Just to make sure that none of the elements is prevailing, you should work on the refinement of your character during the course of the development, as well as on the elements in astral body.

This steps aims to acquire the basic qualities of the elements, producing and dissolving them in the body at will. Being familiar with the theory of the action of the elements, let us now move on with the practice:

Fire has the specific quality of heat with its ability to expand or extend in all directions, hence it is spherical. It is imperative then to acquire this quality and produce it in both body and soul at will. In body-control we chose an attitude allowing us to remain in a comfortable position, free of any disturbance; Indians call this position asana.

For ease in understanding, from now on we shall use this term. Make an asana position and imagine you are in the center of the fiery element which encloses the universe like the shape of a ball. Further imagine the entire universe around you being fiery.

Now inhale the fire element with your nose, and simultaneously with your whole body (pore-breathing). Regularly draw in deep breaths without straining your lungs. The material and the astral body should resemble an empty vessel wherein the element is being sucked in as you inhale. As you are inhaling fire, the heat should become more intense with every breath.

The heat and the expansion-power should grow stronger, as the fiery pressure becomes more elevated until you feel extremely red hot. Since this whole process of inhaling the fiery element through the body is a purely imaginary occurrence, then you should exercise with the utmost plastic imagination of the element. Begin by inhaling the fire element, and gradually increase exercise by one more breath. You should be able to average 20 to 30 breaths.

Only physically strong pupils of great willpower are allowed to exceed his number at his own discretion.

Now get your string of beads and use this in counting the breath, moving one bead with each inhalation. At first, the imaginary heat is superficial only, but with constant practice, it becomes more perceptible.

With elevated temperature (outbreak of perspiration) it actually increases to a fever. Once the scholar has managed to establish the balance of the elements in the soul, like an accumulation of elements in his body, it can do him no harm.

Having completed the exercise of imaginary accumulation of the fiery element in which you felt the heat and expansion of fire through visualization, you are then ready to proceed to the next exercise on opposite succession.

First, normally inhale the fire element through the mouth and exhale it to the universe through both mouth and body (pore-breathing.) Be sure that the number of inhale is equivalent with exhale. For example, if you start with seven inhalations of the fire element, you should also exhale the elements seven times.

This is very important because after completing the exercise, the scholar should have the intuition that not a smallest particle of this element has remained in him, and the sensation of heat being produced in him should vanish. Hence, the use of string of beads is highly recommended for breathing in and out.

Do the exercise first with closed eyes, followed by open eyes. Alexandra David, a Tibetan explorer and traveller, mentioned in his book a similar experiment practiced by the lamas under the name of Tumo.

However, such practice was imperfect and not suitable for European students of magic.
There are also adepts in the Orient who are well experienced in performing this exercise that such concentration on the fire elements enabled them to walk on winter, naked and in barefoot without being affected by cold. And after a few minutes, they can dry wet sheets which they wrap around their bodies.

By accumulating the fire element, they can influence the environment, which means they can melt the snow or ice not only around them, but even at a far distance. Such phenomena can also be done by a European as long as they have enough time necessary for this exercise. From the standpoint of magic, it takes all the elements in order to progress in magic. That would be all for this exercise as we shall move on to the next.

Elemental magick invoking “Air”

The next exercise deals with the air element. Everything about the fire element is more or less similar with the air element except for a different use of senses in the concentration practices.

Using the same comfortable position, close your eyes and imagine yourself to be on the center of a mass of air that is filling the whole universe. Nothing about the surroundings should be perceived as nothing else should exist but the air-filled space embracing the whole universe.

You are inhaling the air element towards the empty vessel of your soul and the material body, through the lungs and the whole body (pore-breathing.) Every breath filled the whole body to an increasing degree with more air.

You should be able to hold on fast to this imagination of your body being filled with air with each breath, just like a balloon being blown bigger with each pump of air. Then merge this imagination of your body becoming lighter, as light as air itself.

The feeling of lightness should be so intense that you no longer feel your body. Similar your exercise with the fire elements, begin with seven inhalations and exhalations. Just ensure that not a smallest particle of the element remains in your body by the end of this exercise. Furthermore, you should also feel the same normal condition as before. Make use of the string of beads to avoid counting.

Increase the number of breaths (inspirations and expirations) from one exercise to the next, but do not go beyond forty.

With constant practice of this experiment, the adept should be able to produce levitation phenomena such as walking on the surface of water, float in air, displacement of the body and much more especially when concentrating on one element only. Magicians should not be contented with one-sided phenomena as this is in contrast with his aims.

The magician should be able to penetrate deeper into cognition and mastery in order to have more achievements.

Elemental magick invoking “Water”

Now, follow the procedures of the practice concerning the water element. Position yourself to your accustomed posture, then close your eyes, and don’t mind everything around you.

Imagine that the vast ocean is the whole universe and you are right on the centre of it. Your body becomes filled with this element every time you make a whole body breath. You should be able to feel the coldness of the water in your whole body.

Once your body is filled with this element in seven breaths, start emptying it with exhalations. Use again the strings of beads as a guide. Increase on more breath with each exercise. The more practice, the more distinctly you will feel the coldness of the water element.

You should feel it as if it is a block of ice. Each exercise should not go beyond 20 minutes. As you practice more often, you should be able to keep your body as cold as ice even during the hottest season.

Oriental adepts are able to master this element to a certain level that they can instantly perform the most astonishing phenomena. For example, they can induce rain during summer, and then stop it at will.

They can stop thunderstorms, calms down the roaring ocean, have control over the animals in the ocean, and so on. Such phenomena are no miracles for a real magician who understands them perfectly.

Elemental magick invoking “Earth”

We are now down to the last description of the last element which is the earth. Take your accustomed position, and then imagine earth as the center of the whole universe and you are sitting right in the middle of it. Do not just visualize earth merely as a lump of clay but as a dense of earthy material.

The specific property of this earthy material is density and gravity. Now you should fill your body with this heavy material. Start again with seven breaths increasing one more breath with each new exercise.

You should be able to concentrate a lot of earthy material into yourself to the extent that your body seems as heavy as a lump of lead that paralyzed you by its weight. Breathing should also be done the same manner as the previous exercises. By the end of this exercise, you should feel normal as the way you did before. You should not go beyond 20 minutes.

This exercise (sadhana) is most often practiced by the Tibetan lamas in such a way that they begin meditating on a lump of clay, dissecting it apart and then meditate on it again.
The genuine magician knows the best way to approach this element in a much easier method, and to master it with ease in doing the meditation exercise.

The elements were assigned with colors for ease in visualization: fire is red, air is blue, water is greenish blue, and earth is yellow, gray or black. Color vision or sensation is quite individual, but not absolutely necessary. It this works favorable to you, you may use it at the start; what is important in our exercises is the sensory imagination.

After a series of exercises, you should be able to produce heat using the fire element to a certain level that it registers a fever using the thermometer. This preliminary exercise of element mastery is of great importance that should be given proper attention.

The adept should be able to generate various kinds of phenomena; for example, by controlling the earth element, it’s up to you to meditate on this problem.

Mastery of the elements is the uppermost chapter of Magic because the greatest Arcanum is hidden in it; little has been said about this to date. On the other hand, it is the most important magical domain. Anyone practicing magic without this element will barely move on to the magical science.

The scholar who has achieved this phase of his magic development should already observe a general transformation of his individuality, having increased all his magic power in all fields.

With regards to the mental sphere, he should have a strong willpower with greater resistance, and improved memory; having a keen observation and a clear intellect.

In the astral sphere, he should be more tranquil and more stable; depending on his aptitude, he will further improve some aspects which show signs of weakness.

In the material world, he should be convinced of being healthier, more active, and invigorated. His vital force will outshine other people, and he will have more success in his life through his emissive power.

For example, we will have the power to free any room he occupies from undesirable influences. He should also possess the power to heal the sick, event at distant places because he can emit his ray for miles. Aside from that, his emissive force allows him to charge objects with his desires.

The scholar will discover for himself the appropriate time to use his magical powers. He should never forget that magic powers can be used for both good and bad alike. Remember the passage: “Thou shall not reap what thou hast sown.” Just make sure that your ultimate goal is to do noble things and make mankind better.

About Etheric Body…

Besides sensations relating directly to the physical body, it is possible to sense a more subtle set of sensations relating to the etheric body. These sensations refer to vitality and health.

The etheric body is often encountered in the practice of pranayama, the control of breath. Concentrate for example on your hand. Imagine that with each breath you are breathing vitality directly into your hand.

As you practice you may be able to sense increased warmth, a feeling of gradually building pressure, different kinds of intensity of energy, and so forth.

Some of these sensations relate to the dilation of the blood vessels with increased warmth as the blood moves closer to the surface of the skin.

But there is again something more subtle occurring. In martial arts, it is quite common to learn how to move this vitality, chi, or ki to different parts of the body to enhance health and physical performance.

But vitality also has the four elements within it. Sometimes in martial arts, the practitioner focuses on weight and being grounded—the earth element. Sometimes the emphasis is on being light, being able to move quickly as if weightless.

Other times one focuses on fire and a rapid, forceful expansion of energy outward.
Perhaps the most difficult to imitate or teach in the martial arts is the element of water. The founder of Aikido was a great master of the water element but his personal style was nearly impossible to teach.

In some traditions of chi kung, the student learns to imitate a cloud or to flow like water through movements that are circling, spiraling, and curling with gentleness and grace, almost like moving slowly under water.

We can pursue the difference between the physical and etheric energies and sensations by imagining that the body is empty inside and filled with cool water. If you were immersed in an actual pool of water, you could imagine that the inside of your body has the same water that is surrounding it on the outside.

Etheric water is far more refined than physical water. It is the watery, fluid, or flowing aspect of vitality.

I focus on the vitality in my etheric body.

Again, I imagine my body is empty inside and that my awareness is only of vitality in its flowing, fluid aspect. What occurs is that I feel extremely relaxed. There is a sense of letting go and just being calm and at ease.

When I do this I am often reminded of floating in a tide pool next to the ocean that has a high salt content.

The body floats higher in the water almost as if the entire body is being supported, the tension dissolves, and there is total release.

Emotional Control…

How do I master the control over my emotions? I get angry and jealous really fast and it makes me irrational and illogical; I fear that I’m going to do something I will severely regret. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

………………………………

Hello.

Tell yourself mentally ( but loudly and sternly in your mind) to “Calm down”.

Take deep breathes through your nose and just passively observe how your emotions take their course through you. Then clean your aura/chakras.

Especially the heart chakra.

Air cleanses and clears your mind. That’s why when u hear people talking about “clearing their mind”- they’re subconsciously breathing in the Air Element to help them think and become rational.

Here we can see how the elements actually fit in to our daily actions:

Wanting to do the work- fire
Clearing your mind to do the work- air
Going to do/doing the work- water
Completion of work- earth
