Distant healing can work with energy, visualizations, some even use prayer for once the thought has been created the healing can begin, for thought is energy.
Just by thinking of a person you create that energy to start working.
And the healers guide will also be able to help link the healing thought to his or her guide.

Harry Edwards
Harry Edwards born 1893 who was one of Britains famous healers and wrote books on the subject too, discovered his healing abilities by accident (what I call a natural born healer) that he could heal others. Mr. Edwards also back in that time, believed that it was possible by your own thoughts could heal cancer.
In 1955 he founded the National Federation of Spiritual Healers.
George Chapman
Mr. Chapman you could say is one of today’s modern healers.
It is said that Mr. Chapman works with a spirit called William Lang, who actually takes over Mr. Chapmans body to perform spirit operations on the spirit body. Dr. Lang channelled information about himself to Chapman and that Dr. Lang was born in 1850 to 1937, and through research this proved correct. Dr. Lang spoke through Chapman to explain that healing happened through the healing vibratrions which were used by Jesus.
The power of healing comes from the spirit world, and as my self I have been taught it comes from spirit through spirit to spirit.
Michael Chapman
Michael is infact George Chapmans son, who also works with a Dr. Lang but this time it is the son of Dr. Lang, his name was Basil Lang 1880 to 1928. Dr. William Lang through trance did predict that Michael would also become a healer.
"Michael was bought up in the healing practice and studied and trained under Dr.Lang"
Where Michael dad George works in trance Michael does not, Basil Lange actually directs his hands to where they should be on his patient.
Spiritualist Healers
There are spiritualist healers who act as a channel for the healing with the help of their spirit guides who provide the source, in fact it is actually working with their guides, most healers you will find have a nun as a guide.
Spiritual Healers
Spiritual healers it is said they are taken over through trance state, and the spirit controls the person, some of these healers perform psychic surgery. These type of healers are not always in their bodies at the time healing is taken place.
Spirit Trance
What, tell me What is the purpose of your life can anyone answer that.
When trying to find the answer to that question so many people no matter what their intelligence try to look outside of themselves, they look into nature.
They look into the atom, they look into other people, what do they find, they don't find the answer, they find the proof that a tremendous intelligence exists, they don't find what it is, they find the proof that there is guidance.
They don't find where from or why, they find all sorts of proof, they find how things are built and made in Nature but they don't know how or why.

Then one tries to take a portion of time and be quiet and ask that great intelligence that everybody knows is there for help and to look within one.
Into ones own heart then one starts to find the answers to all the questions of life, one then starts to find the reasons to obey the rules of life or if you like in your Holy book the commandments one finds the brightness within oneself.
One finds that the more they develop that inner goodness or godliness that everybody has no matter what their outside is like then as one.
"Starts to develop that inner godliness one finds they attract a different type of person to them fellows of like mind"
One then finds they are attracted to a service like this where the knowledge of the Great Spirit is made known.
Where the reasons for your living is made known, where the truth that you are immortal, the overcoat that you call a body is just that.
An ideal instrument for existing within this sphere but it is only a protective coat.
"You yourself are spirit; let not anybody doubt that, and when one sits quiet on one's own one finds this inner burning inside to expand, to learn"
To grow, one then finds the need to meet regularly with others to expand that even more and in that growing, that knowledge.
That expansion, one then finds the ability to link with the loved ones who are but through the veil.
You see the world that you call Spirit is in and around and with you all the time it is not a million light years away.
It not another place it is here inter penetrating with this world, you cannot and never will escape it for you are part of it.
"And when one learns that knowledge that one is immortal"
One may have found this with people that you have known, their life changes they become what you call a better person a person more willing to help others, a person more willing to subdue the coarser parts of their being.
A person more willing to forgive or as your Holy book says a person more willing to turn the other cheek and say forgive them for they know not what they do.
And when one learns this they start to grow within oneself.
"One starts to carry within them a light which although most people cannot see they know it's there"
And they walk round the streets and one feels nice and comfortable and happy in their company.
They walk down the street and somebody goes past and pick up their vibrations each and every one of you can do this some are a bit more advanced than others but each and every single one of you are on that path of learning this knowledge have taken the first step on this long.
"Long arduous path, we do not wish to frighten but it is"
For it is not finished with so called death for each and every one of us over here are still treading that path, no matter what our level of living.
Our level of existence is in what you call the spirit world each and every one of us is treading that path and when we reach the levels where we need not return.
"Inevitably we always return, the same as you we have the desire to come back and help those on the path behind us"
You see somebody who needs help, someone crossing the street, someone ill.
Someone frightened, your desire is to put out a hand and touch them, our desire is the same.
The path each and every one of you has set their feet upon is never ending it may seem very hard at times for as the reading said you are tested, you are tried.
Some may even torture you but by the testing, like the iron in the fire turns to steal you are tuned, you are honed.

The choice of this forging has been yours before you came to the earth the path that you are following was your choice and you will never be let down along that path.

You are never ever alone on your chosen path this may seem hard to some of you but I assure you that is the way that I understand it.
This is true each and every one of you will go through your life and look back on it here, and when you permanently come back to our side and look back and say well I tried I tried very hard, and this is what matters.
"What matters in your life"
Go out do to others what is required, what you would like them to do to you, be helpful, be spiritual, be uplifting, carry with you where ever you go that aura of joy, that light around you.
"How can this help in your world"
You may think your world is full of darkness, that is only patchy when you look at it from what we see, for we see pin pricks of light all over, even in the darkest areas where you may have wars there are pin pricks of light.
Now you know that if you have a dark room and light a candle the room is no longer dark for light will always overcome and each one of you is a pin prick of light and there are many.
"Many thousands like you"
Go amongst your fellows spread your light for sooner or later the people you contact with will want to know why you're like this and every body else is miserable, every body else is dark and you are light.
They will also want to know and by your influence your little pin prick of light can become a little flicker and then a flame and sooner or later become a roaring inferno, could this not be something worth working for.
Each and every one of you is capable of this, keep looking into oneself, keep expanding ones knowledge, where one needs to be granted a gift do so.
"There are many to help ,and turn this part of your city into a beacon of light"
You can do it, there are many sanctuaries like this gradually spreading and spirit are grateful for there can never be too many.
For who may know, what the future may bring.
For it may seem hard at the time but keep the links with the spirit world strong and you will go from strength to strength you'll never be let down.
"And as I have said when you return permanently, you will look back and say that was a job well done"
